We
have put together a list of questions that you
may have about our product and company. Should
you have any queries at all please do not hesitate
to contact us.
How long will flowers last?
All flowers in Livingcards will last at least
7 days - but it is normal that they last far
longer.
How long will delivery take?
Standard deliveries with Royal Mail first class
post normally arrive next day - it is very rare
for them to take longer. Royal Mail Special
Delivery is guaranteed to arrive by 1.00pm next
day.
Do
all deliveries have to be signed for?
Standard deliveries are delivered with your
normal morning post and as the boxes fit through
a standard letter box and they will NOT have
to be signed for. However, all Guaranteed Next
Day deliveries WILL have to be signed for.
Will
the flower have to be watered?
We have found that it is rare that the water
has to be topped up in the flower vial - but
if this is necessary we provide a pipette with
every card to make this a simple task.
Will the water spill in transit?
When preparing your order we add a safe cystalline
substance to the water which hardens it slightly
to ensure that there is no spillage whatsoever.
The hardened water does not in any way affect
the quality or long lasting quality of the flower.
Is
my personal and financial information safe?
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail
address, mailing address, credit card number,
expiration date, start date (if necessary) and
three digit security code. This allows us to
process and fulfill your order and to notify
you of your order status - we do not retain
any financial information about you as this
is completed on the Paypal payment site.
We use Paypal's Secure Server for collecting
personal and credit card information. The secure
server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all
of the information you enter. All of the customer
data we collect is protected against unauthorized
access.
Does the company have a history working with
flowers?
Yes. The owners of Livingcards
are trained florists and have owned and run
florists on the UK High Street and online to
the highest standards.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order just before you commit
to buying on the Paypal payment page. If you
need to cancel your order after this then you
can call us before 3.00pm on the day preceeding
the delivery date to cancel. |
